Your safety is extremely important to us at Fluid!

 Here’s what we do to ensure you have a seamless and worry-free experience on Fluid.

Insurance

We insure all items (not including vehicles) up to $1Million - so if anything is damaged by a borrower, we’ve got you covered. We will replace the item or cover the repair damage.

For our vehicle insurance, visit our Vehicle Insurance tab in our Lender Guidelines under Support & Safety menu tab. We've got you covered on those, too.

Customer Service

Give us a shout at help@fluidmarket.com if you ever have an issue - we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (usually a lot sooner!).

Verification

All Users must create an account, verify their phone number and provide payment information before they can request a reservation or confirm a reservation.

Profile Pictures

We highly encourage profile pictures for all users, so you can see who you’re sharing with!

In-App Monetary Transactions

Fluid processes all transactions through Stripe within the app, so no loose cash or miscalculations or confusion! To read more about Stripe's security, go to https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
